1. What this site is

PeptidePricePro is a price index. It lists compounds sold by third-party vendors for research use, with prices normalized per milligram and links to each vendor’s certificates of analysis. PeptidePricePro is not a pharmacy, not a vendor and not a laboratory. It sells nothing, ships nothing and provides no information about the use of any compound. Research context on compound pages summarizes published studies; it is informational and is not medical advice.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 21 years old. The index is published for people sourcing materials for research. You agree not to use it for any other purpose.

3. No endorsement, vendor responsibility

Listing a vendor or product is not a recommendation or endorsement. Every transaction happens on the vendor’s site under the vendor’s terms. The vendor alone is responsible for its products, their quality, their legality in your jurisdiction, shipping, payment and customer service. Certificates of analysis are the vendor’s or its lab’s documents, reproduced as published; we do not test products or verify labs.

4. No warranty on prices or data

Prices, sizes, stock and other facts are read automatically from vendor pages on the date shown and may be wrong, outdated or changed by the vendor at any time. The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidePricePro and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from any transaction with a vendor.

5. Prohibited uses

• Using the site in any way that violates applicable law, including laws governing the purchase, import or possession of listed compounds in your jurisdiction.
• Using the site, its data or its links for any purpose other than sourcing materials for research.
• Scraping, copying or republishing the index beyond what robots.txt permits, or interfering with the site’s operation.
• Misrepresenting your age or identity.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links; see the disclosure. Commission never affects inclusion, order or the figures shown.

7. Changes and removal

We may change the index, these terms or the site at any time. A vendor may request removal by email and will be delisted within seven days. Errors can be reported to hello@peptidepricepro.com.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.
